生姜を甘酢漬けにしたもの

Gari is slices of ginger pickled in sweetened vinegar.

Neta is a sushi topping.

手巻き寿司(temaki-sushi)

手でシャリとネタを海苔で巻く寿司

Temaki-sushi is a hand-rolled sushi.

焼き物(yakimono)

魚や貝を焼いたもの

Yakimono is Grilled fish or shellfish.

食べ方(manor)

manor 1

You must not be beaten wasabi with soy sauce dish.You eat topped with wasabi on the sashimi.

You had better eat at once. Because freshness is good.

When you eat sushi, you should not put soy sauce in Shari. You should put soy sauce on neta.

Even if you eat sushi with hands or eat with chopsticks, it is OK.
